Is not in Brill so getting the Achievement : “Elders of the Eastern Kingdoms” is impossible to get so in turn making the overall “To Honor One’s Elders” achievement impossible.
Anyone managed to find the Elder…or?

I can confirm he also doesn’t show up for me on Alliance or Horde characters, whether I’m using Zidormi’s time travel option or not.

Yep same issue here, I submitted this as a bug. Maybe they fix it fast if more people report it as a bug.

An event that is alot of years old gets bugged… great. Hope they fix it fast it shouldn’t be that hard to do so. Nobody can finish this event now

Same but I descovered that A new toon can see him, and if I sync with a friend he can see him I cannot

My guess is that because they made a new update in the zone by doing the Return to Lordaeron. They forgot to spawn him in for lvl 60+. I have reported it please do the same
So sad I could have get all lunar achievement within a single day

I confirm the issue on my druid as well. I already completed the Lordaeron questline from Calia(someone got a reply from a GM that this may be a prerequisite), and the NPC is still missing.
As a side note, I logged my 70 Dracthyr evoker and I can see the NPC with this char.
This is what you get when you treat your QA as 2nd class citizens in game development…Blizz cut the crap, increase the QA team and their salaries and stop giving us a crap product ffs!
just did it with a low level friend and party sync on my main 
npc was there. hope it helps

Just to confirm this works for me
I just checked today and the Elder was there without party sync and by using the Zidormi time travelling. I guess this was fixed.
