i’m leveling my second char right now i’m level 17 and on Loch Modan i’m trying to find a person to finish a god damn elite quest ,about 1 hour passed and i can’t find a single person for any of the elite quests… where is everyone? i’m playing on mograine which is a high populated server at least it shows that way on the login screen but i can’t find anybody, wtf is going on?
Guilds help. We have to go help out later levellers sometimes because they just can’t find anyone to team up with. It’s quite the contrast to retail and cross realm.
Layers, they are still a thing. But you did enjoyed the “solo”, peaceful quests where no one was around to tag your mobs, right? 
But yea, layers are a …necessary evil now. If they remove them all together, I assure you, that we wouldn’t be able to complete normal quests, but just the elites ones.

layers? idk how do they work tho is there a way i can change them for finding ppl? this is extremely annoying 
You can /who on the area and whisper people who are on the zone directly.
Everyone is levelling their mains, low level zones are quiet now.
