Emotional moments in BfA

Mechatorque dies
Jaina daughter of the sea
Baine capture and that undead died
Burning of darnasuss
Surfang and thrall meeting

Always had. Its the only game i do.

when during fight with Mythic Behemoth I got that nasty dot and healing buff disappeared and I was out of defensives and last tick brought me to 1 hp and I was like “not even close babe”

The NE’s hands reaching out as Teldrassil burned (cinematic). That was a really eerie moment to be honest.

Yeah, but can you walk across the whole country in one minute? I didn’t think so.

For example in Kalimdor it takes time to go from silithus to Winterspring, especially without flying.

In Kul’Tiras you can stand there between summer and winter in the same small @ss zone

Ever heard of “altitude”?

Don’t know where you come from, but standing “between summer and winter” is a thing irl too

Even if you mean it like Drustvar is more “autumny” than the rest of the zones, that applies to all older zones, Classic ones included.

Elwynn Forest all lush and green, like early summer, while Westfall feels like a nice late autumn day.

And then you have Duskwood which is a nice transition into Deadwind Pass, but then you get slapped across your eyes with the Swamp of Sorrows and even harder if you go on into the Blasted Lands… and see the lush jungle of the Stranglethorn Valley in the distance :joy:

You realize that we can only do that because of gameplay reasons right?
I mean do you really wanna spend hours only travelling?

Lorewise the zones are pretty huge though.

Hours travelling? Yes

Whole expansion is a bit emotional. Imagine you have to go through what Slyvannas did only to see Alliance playing the nice guy.

The only emotions I felt were joy when I found out Thrall was returning and just the various ‘oh cool’ moments in the different cinematics and such. There was also joy and curiosity and such whilst exploring the new zones, all of which I still think are amazing and probably the best thing in BfA (not taking the patch zones into account).

As for ‘chills’ or ‘tears’, nope none.

Lorewise: I feel sorry for killing rhasta and the conclave of the chosen. Rhasta was a cool personality and great leader He stood proudly defending his kingdom and his ppl.BoD gave me the vibes that alliance are Spanish conquistadors and zandalari the native Americans.Pretty cool for an MMO.Also i start sympathize orcs trolls and tauren lorewise cause they were only races fought in the battle of Lordaeron and raised as skeletons. This is not the death of a warrior as horde lives for it ,fight, live or die and be rembered as hero . Personally as an old horde player i wouldn’t like an psycho emo barbie elf as leader At horde it appeals a leader more like Voljin or cata garrosh .
Gameplay : Frustration reason expained at arena and warrior forum.

Anger and disappointment is a emotion too RIGHT ?.. Thank the gods that Classic came and saved me from the boring content of BetaforAzeroth.

Super epic moment of BfA is fights with Rastakhan. Background music, fight phases, dialogues… BWONMSANDI YOU ARE MY LOA, GRANT ME YOUR AID. As a tank It was… So emotional fight.

As a hordie, I have no idea what happened to Stormsong Valley questwise, but… music there is so well-done, so lovely, so sad… Sometimes we just turn on Stormsong valley track on spotify and listen for hours…
Hehe

In-game movies and cinematic also are cool.

BfA is a good expansion from emotional pov. Here I say thanks for all dat fun and emotions it gave me.

my somewhat emotional moment was when classic got announced and probably my next somewhat emotional moment will be the next xpac release on blizzcon

I was quite sad when it dawned on me how bad BFA was, and that I would have to find another game to play for its duration.
That was a pretty emotional period for me.

"Old Soldier "

Yeah I like Saurfang, Thrall Vol’jin, Chairne and Baine. Was always Hordie… though Jaina is ok too…

Only I am afraid Saurfang will not live to see the end of the expansion… cause it feels like they set up his death … I shall be very unhappy if it happens

It still hasnt come but eventually we will see it and that is the end of bfa. Especially the announe of prepatch and the date of the lunch of next expansion . I bet it will be the second expansion that many players will be pleased that is over

The zones are beautiful and music is fantastic, other than that I’m really struggling to think of anything positive in this expansion.

The Jaina questline in Drustvar, especially this cinematic:
