Isn’t it just. I have a nice little Evoker I could do with sending some enchants to…
same problem here cant enchant vellum to sent to my alts??? say’s target to low lvl.
Are you sure the receiving char actually can use the enchant and isn’t too lowlevel?
yep got the same target is to low lvl to enchant
just made one but its only one the gatering one for some reason that one is not to high to put on a vellum.
same issue, most likely a bug.
the prices are also skyrocketing atm, supply/demand ya know.
ill sell all the enchanted scrolls that i got, before the bug is fixed and earn some easy gold.
edit: the bis enchants for evokers are skyrocketing, the others not so much.
Confirmed. Lvl 60 mage trying to enchant vellums bought from the vendor in Oribos.

It is idiotic that we can’t use it. How can I finish my daily and unlock new ranks?
Freedom of speech only protects you from your government silencing you. Private companies can silence you when ever they want on their own platform.
I have been trying to enchant on my veil and it doesn’t work…prices skyrocketed in the auction house because blizzard developers don’t actually care of checking everything before making changes to the game. I am sorry…I was gone for such a long time after Draenor…I quit the game for the reason that Blizzard decided to delete the combat rogue and make changes to everything. I came back last year because I love the game regardless…but this is just reminding me of why I left. I will be thinking a lot to renew my subscription in April when my 6 months expire.
Glad it’s not just me being an idiot… and that explains why the enchants are so flipping high. Odd thing is that I was able to enchant vellum w the gloves enchant, but not anything else. Anyone any idea when Blizzard is going to fix this?
