Enemy/npc hp addon

Hi, is there any way to show the numeric values for enemies or npc’s HP, mana and other stuff? Or do I have to install any addon?

I use an addon called “realmobhealth” or something
also alliance sux lel!!1!1!1!1!1!!1!!!
