Has anyone else noticed that they have patched this so it no longer works on max lvl capes?
I use this on every char. But after pre-patch it no longer alows you to use the tinker kit on capes. Why???
It only works on low level capes now for some reason. I tried putting it on a 219 cloak and it did not work. If this aint fixed, what’s the point of having engi.
