If Blizzard had worded it as ‘‘Adventure ready gear’’ Or something like that. Nobody would have cared about ‘‘raid ready’’ gear at ilvl 424
The problem is that lvling normally is EXTREMELY boring, and they most likely make it that way to make us want to buy boost just to avoid it.
you can argue its false advertisment since according to the sweatlords lfr is not even raiding so clearly the gear is to low

The only people who would hate on this are the people who genuinely thought this literally meant they would get raid ready gear and didn’t. The people who never raid or do m+ who thought so.
And the Sweatlords who already raid and know how to get gear easily and thought they’d still just get to insta buy them selves past that who thoughts so.
But no… 424 is the bare minimum probably to clear a normal Amirdrassil. (If even that)

I can’t imagine tanking normal amirdrassil for group of random unprepared 424 ilvl people, I imagine my fee would be at least in ten thousands if not hundred thousands of gold.
I don’t mean it badly, it is not something bad to have 424 ilvl, it’s just the setup of such group would be SO terrible for those people I can’t imagine them having any fun.
My guild plays with everyone from various item levels. And on argent dawn, We of course have allot of Roleplayers who never dared set foot into m+ or raiding.
It is impressive how fast everyone learns and how better and stronger everyone gets

I don’t hate on lower ilvl players playing in raid, They are fast learners and if they are into wow they will get gear fast.
This complaint though that this thread is xD is just in my opinion… Not that bad as they fear. 424 does not mean you can buy a raid competent character… And you also still have to learn to play it.
I think the issue, whole heated debate about this, and everything in between is just lack of clarity and efficient communication, in my opinion.
I think 60 e for such service is too much, therefore this offer is clearly not for me. The offer itself makes not much sense to me as it helps absolutely nothing in any metric I can think of. But the whole reveal and marketing around this … it just sounds bad, irrational to paying clients, wotld-breaking to hoping fans and gamers, and I am saying this as irl corpo person.

This is the exact same we have had for years, if you are against the boost on principle, that is fine and understandable, but effectively nothing has changed from the boosts from other years

But no I just checked the shop and this is it’s own real character boost service.
Personally for that a high price for a character boost. I’d at least make the item level 440 if I where to call it ‘‘Raid ready’’ At the same time… I am not a corpo person. But as a no life wow player. Thats the value id put into that wording meaning.

So buying this character boost… for a 424 ilvl ‘‘raid ready character’’ costs you 9 euro less than purchasing a whole heroic expansion o_o

price has always been the same so your point which you do not have one is moot.
boost comes with all levels of expac now maybe check up before commenting.
