Honestly sounds incredible, a complete throwback to what made Enhancement feel good.
There’s only one thing missing and I truly hope it becomes a thing. A glyph to revert back to the old Windfury animation.

Rip, going back to Mop style game play. Searing totem AI was terrible, I do hope there is no debuf system again with Searing totem and any ability out there.
I really liked the MOP enhancement when I should compare it to any other xpac. So as close to that just fixing the quirks it hand and id could be decent.
Using the word changes feels slightly wrong. What they are actually doing is rolling Shamans back to what they were two expansions ago. Which I’m personally really happy about. I like current enhancement but it feels like every other melee spec in the game.

Feeling pretty gutted. Feels like we’re going back to WotLK Enhance. Which I didnt like much at all. Just using soft melee attacks to build maelstrom weapons so we can cast lightning Bolt… Feels weird to me to make a melee classes strongest attack a ranged spell.
I’ve played every iteration of Enhance and legion was my favourite for PvE. Melee focused with some cool spells and the whole lightning / electric animations were sick
And what’s the deal with Enhance getting Elementals artifact skill? That also seems really weird

I do assume with maelstrom weapon back, I can get an empowered instant heal with it or lightning bolt or instant hex? Guess they didn’t mention it
Unfortunately nothing about def cds either. Wish the former glory of feral spirit would be also return. Stun, freedom heal
I’m personally very happy with the enhancement changes, feels like a good mix of MOP, WOD and Legion changes. I don’t particularly hate the current design of enhancement but it is boring as hell.
I love both style, both have its favor. Addig more spells example were always enha shaman thing.

Sounds really cool to me and I’m looking forward to learning a new playstyle. Didn’t play enhance untill Legion first time and now at the end of BFA so will be fun to see something different.
hex for enhancer is 90% useless if it isn’t instant.
They removed it together with instant cyclone I think and that was at time were ccs were out of control. Now a lot was pruned and also cyclone has no cd while hex cd is pretty long.
Would be stupid still being stuck with no cc at all because cc is just a 3s self cc

yea also hoping to see that we get 100% heal on maelstrom instant cast like we had in woltk.
At that point a heal did lik 80% of my hp, guess that will not happen again

There is only 1 thing missing here and that is 2H enhancement.
I want it as an option, either use 2H or dual wield or remove the restrictions on our abilities and let us choose what weapon we want to use.
I truly hate the fact that on many classes you are completely unable to use your abilities (with any other weapon then the game decides), for RP or really any other reason.
It was fine when we had a dedicated artifact weapon, but now when returning back to weapon drops we deserve to be able to choose our weapons and playstyle.
I’m playing 2H enhancement in classic and loving it
2 handed enha not gonna happen, recently an inverview made with ion and he said, they will not likely gonna put 2 handed build for enha. Vanilla enha talents literally was an unifinished something.
However, single-minded fury for warriors probably has a chance to return.
