Personalised nodes would her the way forward. Then at least everyone can loot thee mode and enjoy the gameplay loot gathering and crafting.
Blizzard enjoys the bots money and it also makes wow look bigger/popular than it is, which promotes confidence of potential new players etc.
It’s no within Blizzards interest to remove bots. Is within their interest to maximise profits and give the illusion of progressing the deletions of bots.
I’ve never known it quite so bad but I hint that’s because games have changed not fearful FOMO min/maxers at all costs. This leads them to by gold and support the bots. Which in turn works against them when the bots mass report them for farming.
If gamers insist in smacking themselves in the face to “play a game” it just makes everyone’s life harder. Every element of today’s wow leads gamers to try and cheat, whether it’s because of gold buying to keep up, add-ons that almost play the game for them or “Beta testing” to pre play content so they know how to speed ahead when patches/expansions release. SoD was great because no one had a clue what they were doing!
Gamers need to take responsibility as well as Blizzard.
For context, I farmed for ores for 4 hours the other morning 0200hrs-0615hrs and I found 2 nodes…… absolute joke! 
i took a break of 25 days … Log in today with 1st character that i had in a mining/herb zone ~ checked Who / The same bots from December 14 that i opened a bot related topic and got suspended.
log out ~ logged with my second char ( That’s right 3/3 of bots that i added as friend online 
) same route 24/24
And now i understand why private servers are so successful . And imagine in anniversary we don’t have Gdkp runs or anything related to gdkp and still the botting sems higher than on classic.
Update:
I logged a 3rd character that i had to farm some gromsblood (for flask) and you can check Desolace 51 lvl paladin ( i won’t say the name but it has something with mone ) This bot is since December 14 botting for 1 year close ??
(The reason why i have 3 character stationed in 3 zones is to check if there are bots ~ i mean why should i waste time competing with bots? )

Haven’t you heard? Bots got “nerfed” and gold selling as a whole “is pointless” because they removed GDKP!
Most clueless company in the world. Removing GDKP only empowered bots further as now people need to buy gold in order to afford to play.
The real reason bots dominate is the same as it has always been… Every bot account is an account that got paid for and Blizzard get a cut from the gold selling websites. The more bots that exist, the more monye in Blizzard’s pockets.
why settle for 30 real player accounts farming something when 500 bot accounts can farm it? That’s 470 more accounts that have to be paid into Blizzard’s bottom line. The system is broken.

it was popping a lot more on per reset now barely 1 node
