I’m not touching that subject what faction X deservers or not, but as myself playing alliance on pyrewood, i would hate to have 1 hour queues for bg’s.
If you’ve seen pvp that goes on hillsbrad, theres severe overpopulation of alliance honor farmers vs horde, doesn’t bode well for server only bg.

With x-realm it’s bound to be like near instant bg’s for alliance across the board and i like the sound of that.

Good point. Anyways, there’s 10 times less pve servers than there are pvp realms, pretty sure they’ll make all of them part of the same group

Should have picked mirage raceway, the pop is basically the same but the faction balance is much better there :wink:

Alas theres no need now with x-realm, also i prefer bigger population servers so pyrewood was logical choice for me.

Well I was thinking of wpvp events. But I’m pretty sure that mirage raceway and pyrewood village have very comparable pop no?

Yeah true, i don’t know how it is there. But i waged that i have better chance finding guild for my unusual raid times, more guilds = bigger chance, and that was more important for me than wpvp events.

No real good sites to track population, ironforge pro shows much larger player number for pyrewood but i dunno.

If you do not wish to engage in regular PvP combat in Classic, select a Player versus Environment (PvE) realm.

PvE realms offer a limited and structured environment for PvP encounters. Players on PvE realms can actively choose when they wish to engage in PvP combat by enabling or disabling their PvP flag at will.

The following actions may be considered dishonorable but are considered legitimate PvP tactics and will not be addressed by our Game Master staff:

  • Corpse camping.
  • Tricking players into getting flagged for PvP (i.e. jumping in the middle of another player’s area effect spell).
  • Killing players well below your level.
