they canât properly run the PC version and you want them tho make a mobile version of the game
Mobile version is allot Cheaper, and easier to Produce tho
if you donât already have a game then yes
I remember playing an mmorpg on my ipad for a bit years ago that looked a lot like WoW. I was quite impressed how well it worked all things considered. I canât remember the name unfortunately, I mostly remember you could tame your own mounts and some of them looked a lot like chinchillas. I thought that was awesome.
It did lack the precision WoW has. In that sense it felt rather limited.
Iâm also old but I enjoy the convenience of portability, not to mention that mobile devices are getting better every year.
I personally believe there are mini games within WoW that could be successfully turned into mobile games.
The game as a whole is far too complex to be played on a mobile device without severe limitations.
judging by microsoft going full cloud and mobile store opening .you might get your wish sooner then later tbh . it will probably be a spin off but nevertheless will be world of warcraft mobile
I mean, if you took Diablo Immortal and gave it a Warcraft setting with Warcraft classes and places and storylines, youâd have a game that wasnât all that far away from what WoW is â just made to suit mobile gaming.
And Blizzard have worked on a WoW MMORPG for mobile, so itâs not like they havenât thought along these lines.
And with Microsoft wanting a greater mobile presence, and Blizzard themselves forming a team at King â the company that makes Candy Crush â and Blizzardâs main IP being Warcraft, it seems less like a question of if and more a question of when.
I would love to play pet combat on my phone!
And how do you propose they make a UI to support 30+ action buttons on a phone?
The only thing that could work on a phone is pet battles.
They should prune abilities, 3-4 abilities is more than enough.
That game was cancelled, so you may have to wait a long time for that.
Let me put it delicately so I dont offend some special snowflakes: oh hell no!
This reminds of this phone which is the size of tablet and as useful as a tablet as a smartphone. Someone bought one and complained that it doesnt fit in pocket, I ask why buy it as a phone
Friend of mine uses his steam deck to play wow.
oh, i saw that too, but its getting really fast hot, i think its still too much for the steam deck
