Blizzard should refund money to the people who has paid for an account and is unable to play the game fairly due to restrictions youre faced with if you do.
No where when you buy the game time does it say you are not allowed to play like others can.
it’s 1 month of everyone else having an edge in the economy of fresh realms. You cannot buy a wand for example, you cannot sell or buy anything on the auction house
no where does it say that you will get instant access to the AH ether.
Its there to stop bots, you can easily play without buying or selling on the AH, would even for a new player suggest that they dont buy anything on the AH before they hit level 40 at least otherwise they wont ever afford a mount.
Imagine getting your friends to play the game (which is quite expensive btw) for the first time and you can’t even trade or mail eachother anything for a whole month. It is already a ridiculous decision to have this on any WoW version (it barely does anything to the bots, worst case scenario they just run the account for a month before they start doing anything bannable), but it is completely insane to have this restriction apply to a fresh release.
To other readers this refers to the 26 full paid days restriction for new and returning accounts that hasn’t had active gametime for awhile since some years back.
Yeah this is dumb for new players and it doesn’t seem to slow the RMT issue.
