I’m an extremely casual player and wondering if its possible to reach R13 with like 50k honor per week now with the new system? (in the long run. can take weeks or months. don’t care)

No its impossible, you need a minimum amount of HP for each rank.
Use the “Ranker” addon and ingame use the “if scénario” on the bottom left of the ranker window.

337k honor for the last few weeks is the minimum to get rank 13. You can progress through the lower ranks with less.
