ESC key stops working

druid typhoon disables esc key

Hi I’ve faced this issue since start of wotlk classic on my druid character ONLY.
first of all I thought that it might be my game issue addons issues and etc etc, I’ve disabled all addons and this issue happened to me again, I’ve tried my character on my laptop and yeah, it happened again
the fun thing is it never happened to me on my dk and pala character, then I saw this topic in us forum which totally explained whats the problem
can devs fix this maybe? its so annoying to keep closing and opening the game in order to fix game bugs !

So how did you manage to activate typhoon on a DK or Paladin?

The Devs don’t post here or read it so make a bug report ingame.

And you can move the post with the pencil next to the title. Saves you typing it out and or double posting

go into the game as your character and reset the assigned keys (make default). I got into such a situation.

What for do you use the ESC key in-game?
Map this to another key, maybe?

Mine opens a menu, I guess they might have an addon that has changed it.

You guess wrong. This has been bugged since prepatch when typhoon was made available. Casting typhoon against a wall or up a ramp bugs out your escape key, why this happens, spaghetti code I guess.

The fix for this is to make a macro:

So does mine, But I can click an icon for that very same menu. That’s why I suspect that OP has done something extra to it.
