Yup, they are not working. Seems like thorns-like dmg is just not there.
Works for me. They give threat and I can see the damage proc. It’s not showing in and dps meter or combatlog though.
Ohhh, it doesn’t show on the meters, weird. Well the problem is obvious then, it should be added there.
That’s up to the addon creators, though.
Just tried Naglering yesterday by pulling three mobs in the stockades and just letting them hit me … they did die eventually. So I think it’s working as intended.
The dmg numbers also showed up (mostly “3”, but sometimes also “2”, maybe because part of the dmg was resisted?)
Remember that Thorns damage that procs when you are struck don’t work when you are blocking, parrying, dodging or missing (except ones that are tied to blocking such as Blessing of Sanctuary, Crest of Retribution, Holy Shield and Shield Spikes), and as others said before me, a lot of thorns damage types don’t show up on some DPS meters.
So… you waited for them to die to make sure they actually took damage? 
yes 
3dmg is so little that you don’t see each tick on the health bar … so I wanted to be sure that they die and it’s not some bug where the dmg numbers appear but no dmg is actually done to the mobs.
… and after some time it was fun as well 
Hehe, maybe you should’ve rolled a paladin, all that reflect damage they have can be truly mesmerizing.
