blizzard could make the dracthyr available to the other classes and it will be super popular even in the dracthyr current state with a minimal transmog, Blizzard will be swimming in mon$$$$y for character boost or race change

Don’t brewmaster monks belch fire? Pretty much every race can be monk.
Don’t mages shoot ice beams already? Pretty much every race can be mage.
As for hovering… There’s already spells that allow you to hover, fall slowly and such on a variety of classes. So…
Imagine that your Dracthyr is an orc/blood elf then. It’s imagination.

Not a bad idea - anyway not my problem really. I have not bought DF and most probably never will, it just irritates me slightly when someone says a certain thing cannot be done because it hasn’t been done before. That sort of thinking stops progress.
Just because orcs haven’t been able to shoot fire from their mouths of ears or whatever, doesn’t mean they wouldn’t be able to do it tomorrow if the devs so decide. Lore is not a reason not to do anything, giving Death Knights to all races kinda invalidated that point - and retcon is nothing new in WoW anyway.

If that irritates you then you really need to evaluate things a bit. Just because things are magic doesn’t mean they don’t need some form of explanation, that’s the very art of storytelling, lore and fiction as a whole.
If pushback on ideas and encouragement to develop them further irritates you, you’re going to be very lost in the world.

Whereas I find an awesome race locked behind a no-thanks class.
So basically me 
Can you explain a dozen cm tall Gnome being a mighty Warrior? And that’s been in game since 2004.
That doesn’t mean we should set a precedent with it and not bother with any lore development going forward. This would just be Pong/Tetris.
Dracthyers a not compareable to the others. They are realy like… super ugly i dunno who created them and was like “yeah they look good lets add this to the game”.
I couldnt even create one… never played the new class cause they just looking terrible. Its kinda sad cause i would like to test the new class tbh but i cant jump over my shadow and create this things.
Im really sad their is no spit anymore, my orc would die of low water cause he would all the time spit on them

Beauty is the eye of the beholder
The perception of beauty is subjective - people can have differing opinions on what is beautiful. So what one person perceives as flawless and captivating might be ordinary or unappealing to another
For me Goblins, Gnomes, Humans are unappealing
For you the Dracthyr are… not pleasant for the eye
But these are just our opinions, not a “law”
It is unfair to call a race “ugly” or “hideous”
To many anthropomorphic dragons are the pinacle of race design and we should respect that
It is okay to not like them, but bashing them is another mater all toggether for their looks
I have zero interest in them from a visual or transmog viewpoint. Other races just do it all way better.

Evoker should branch out. The race can die for all I care, until it receives DRASTIC cosmetic changes. It’s still unfair to keep Evoker locked behind the race.
You are describing a mage essentially , vanilla races had lore behind, now you see rogue taurens which is the opposite to stealthy. It will most likely remain as it is tho .DH has only 2 playable races even if void elves or nightborne would fit aesthetically.

I agree, Dracthyr look horrible, but I think it is still better than locking a class behind elves. Though the result is the same in the end, I do not play neither evoker or DH. In GW2 it is done better in my opinion, no classes locked behind races and no racials either.
