Evoker will die if it isn't given to more races

Ugly in your opinion, awesome in others’ opinion.

Also no, it won’t die, there will be people who like it and enjoy playing it, and they will play it.

Not everything has to be super-popular and iconic and over played to be good. Dractyr Evokers are fine.

There is a male character too.

No, it isn’t.

There is no shortage of Evoker. The Evoker is a dragon first and a class second quite frankly. All its powers are innate to the dragon theme and does not work outside it.

If Evoker must die because nobody cares about playing a dragon… so be it. There are several classes that are very unpopular to the point where their inclusion could be questioned at this point, but of course it’s too late to remove them. There are more hunters than monks and demon hunters combined.

I don’t really see a problem with that though. As long as it doesn’t come down to a balance issue - some ideas are just cooler to more people than others. That’s okay.

I’m not sure how many people have a race fetish this bad to not enjoy a class if it ain’t a certain race they love so i doubt it’s gonna die.

How can something that was never alive die?

It does come down to a balance issue though. Both about performance in terms of numbers and gameplay design.

actually it’s the opposite. Dracthyr are creatures make to use the powers of the Aspects (evokers). other races that are not dragons have never wield (at least from what i saw) the powers of the red, green, bronze, black or blue dragonflights.

an thing blizz should do? Add, More, Visage, Races.

Nelfs for example, like Merithra and Ysera

We all know most of the game is filled with flavor of the month rollers. Hence you see Demon hunter everywhere. Remember when Survival hunter was more rare than a solar eclipse then Shadowlands made them insane in mythic+ and you couldn’t join a 5 man pug without one in it?

The only specs that die in this game are ones that are underperforming. Most people who play don’t care about looks/transmorg/gameplay, They want power. Not everyone but most of the game.

This didn’t used to be the case, however it’s insanely easy to level a character from scratch now and most people have every class ready to go on their account that this happens more often now.

tldr: it’s how powerful evokers are that will make them die or not.

Evokers are very powerful. People don’t know how to play them yet.

I’ve seen Evokers do truly disgusting things, including 1-shotting. They see also right in the middle of the pack when it comes to DPS and healing in both M+ and raiding.

Lack of transmog on dragon form kills the class for me. Don’t tell me about displaying only shoulders/belt(thong) which were one of the dumbest ideas ever ever blizz created.

Evoker is fun and all but if I could play a different class as a Dracthyr, then I would. Except rogue, can’t play that for toffee…

Right in the middle of the pack is a very shameful place for a new class within its release expansion. That is just the PvE side of things.
They do not have to be what the DKs were on the early Wrath but damn, they are unappealing to people who do not love dragons as much as I do

Funny thing is, during the A Mystery, Sealed compagain, the most anoying mobs are Dracthyr rogues with two daggers jumping you from their shround and teleporting behind, with nasty poisons…

Although I have been enjoying the Evoker while levelling it becomes apparent how squishy it is. It also feels like the start of a really good idea: it feels clunky and unfinished and it just doesn’t have the natural flow other classes have. (I have no idea about healer though)

I’m not a fan of the draconic form.

So for me it’s on the shelf until it gets some much needed attention.

Middle of the pack means balanced.

But they’re not balanced, they’re actually very good. They’re just new. They need no buffs. L2P

They should but unappealing to players who don’t like playing as a dragon. Kind of like a mage should be unappealing to players who don’t want to play a spellcaster. If they are appealing to players who don’t want to play then that’s because they’re overpowered to going outside their lane.

It’s all fine, don’t touch it. Maybe give them some bigger bodies though, they’re a… lanky for Warcraft.
