If you have to plan out your day for a buff that is lasting over a month then you need to get your priorities in line.
This is the closest you are going to get until there is any new information available.
Blizzard for not communicating? idk what to tell you here? Are you implying its my fault for believing its business as usual when no other information has been given?
Some of you really need to reevaluate your priorities. It’s a buff, one that no one asked for! Yes it’s nice to have, and yes it will be great to get the allied races/flying earlier than expected. Does it deserve this amount of finger pointing at Blizzard because they haven’t acknowledged the tears? Goes to show how many self entitled w*nkers make up this “community”
- thats my own business. Not something you should be judging.
- I’m planning my day around working from home while taking care of my daughter who is also home. WoW is something i try to plan in between that.
Is that ok for you?
They promised a date, not a time.
So… If it doesn’t arrive today and it is instead delayed due to incompetence, can we complain then?
Kids and family are usually important in the later evening and some might not have time to make use of a buff that they were looking forward to. I’m sure if you had to wait all day for a repairman to arrive and he turned up later than you wanted when you were making the kids dinner or sorting out evening chores, you wouldn’t be tickled pink. By saying it would be available today meant that people planned around it. If they see nothing all day and their plans have gone to waste it leaves a sour taste in the mouth. To some it is important and to others that don’t care about the buff or levelling or grinding rep, it won’t. If the repairman called and told you he was running late and what time he expected to be with you, you could chage your plans accordingly - and you would probably feel diffeently towards him as a result. I see no difference here.
That’s exactly what I mean. It’s about Costumer Service.
I’m glad you see the problem now
a lot of people on this thread seem to be wanting things handed to them on a silver plate, if its not on there time, they dont want anything to do with it, the wow community will never be satisfied with anything blizzard gifts to them because people will always find a way to moan about it, get a grip.
Without players, who would pay their paychecks? If they lost the subs then they would listen.
Thats a really interesting read. I wonder if you can elaborate on how people want “things handed to the mon a silver plate”
Or how
“if its not on there time, they dont want anything to do with it”
And it doesn’t change anything I’ve said. It’s awful communication and anywhere else you would expect people to be held accountable for it.
Of course, the MVP is only too happy to defend bad customer service instead of looking at it objectively…
There are 3 blue posts from the same blue in this thread: https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/t/rep-buff-not-active/502638/18
tldr: Sometime during the day
I thought i could unlock flying in Draenor, once and for good, but read more carefully and disappointment.
Thats in the US though. Could be 23.59 US time for all we know

“It’s awful communication.”
literally half of you on this post have all said you expected the buff as soon as you woke up, and that your days are ruined because you can’t play without it, what about all the people who got there rep up when the buff wasn’t there, people always try and find the easy way to play, and when they can’t get it, they instantly turn on blizz and moan.
There’s a lot of people defending blizz on their awful communication.
