Farming rep. with Timbermaw Hold on Classic servers

Greetings!

I am a huge fan of Timbermaw Hold and farming reputation with them, whether it’s Classic WoW or modern WoW. I currently play on a Normal Classic server, and I’m trying to farm as many feathers as possible from the Deadwood Furbolgs before I start handing them in when I become Revered with Timbermaw Hold, since you don’t get reputation with Timbermaw Hold from killing furbolgs anymore when you get Revered. You only get 5+ reputation with Timbermaw Hold from killing a furbolg, and I AM very patient, and I DO like farming both XP and reputation by just killing mobs all the time and don’t do any quests, but there is only one problem with it:
There are so many people who kill furbolgs in the same area as well, so they take all the mobs so I barely get any. There are even a lot of players from my opposing faction in that area, so I can’t group up with them (nor gank them, since I play on a Normal server). And I could group up with the players from my faction there, but I don’t want to, since I get less XP from killing the mobs then.

I am currently level 48, and this happens at least in the southern Deadwood Village in Felwood.

If it is that farming reputation with Timbermaw Hold was very popular during the Vanilla era, and everybody wanted to become Exalted with Timbermaw Hold back then, I understand that. But if there’s something Blizzard could do to solve the problem I’m describing, it’s to decrease the respawn time of the furbolgs (the enemies of Timbermaw Hold) to a very short time (I’d suggest Blizzard to decrease the respawn time to 10-15 seconds), so those who don’t want to play in group don’t have to wait so long for the furbolgs to respawn.

Thanks in advance!

I was under the impression, that the spawnrate on normal mobs is dynamic in Classic, meaning the more players in the area, the faster the spawn - but i cant be sure?

But yeah, ofcourse Timbermaw is getting farmed, i’ll head up there myself on my main and probably all my alts too, to get the patterns, the enchants and the trinket.

That area has always been crowded, heavily farmed, and involved competing for spawns. It was like that right through Vanilla, TBC and even WotLK. It will be much, much worse right now, given that so many Classic servers are full.

My advice is to get up really, really early in the morning - around 5:00 am, and do your farming at that time. There’s still likely to be some players killing them even at that ungodly hour, but it will be nowhere near as bad as it is at peak times.

What I’m going to do is wait until TBC servers are launched, as they inevitably will be at some point. Just like I waited two weeks before playing Classic, I’ll spend the first two or three weeks of TBC launch, when everyone has transferred to Outland and packed into Hellfire Peninsula like sardines doing things like working on Timbermaw rep.
