Aoe grind leveling, quest, dungeons?
I think aoe dungeons was the best way to level up before, but it’s been hotfixed by blizzard right.
So what is the next best thing to level up?
Don’t AoE grind. Because I will break your frost nova and let the mobs kill you.

A mix of questing and dungeon.
It took me 1day and 20h to reach 29 (i ll be 30 tonight).
You still can aoe farm their is many for that but honestly single aoe farm is really effective once you reach lvl 30.
Mage almost zero down time beside drinking water, emptying your bag and validate your quest. I really feel the difference with my shaman.
Dungeon aoe grid, because it is only thing that has highest chance to work, open world aoe grid can be faster, but it is not that easy to do it and even if you are skilled enough to do it efficient you have to count in factors as enemy faction , your own faction and other mages that will be at spots, there are so few spots that are efficient for aoe xp farming that you will have hard time not to find other mages there.
you can aoe grind outside any dungeon you got talent tree and even without taking frostbite you can farm more little pack of mob.
It’s just more risky to do it without frostbite because you can’t mess up your abilities.
