Favorite Class

I tried a few classes but Right now I am really enjoying playing a Druid. It’s got stealth, speed and can heal up. I love shapeshifting and cat form as a Nelf looks great. I can also switch between tank and dps which gives me extra options. Cat Dps is quite nice despite what I read before I rolled Druid. Healers tend to like me in dungeons as they say bear is easier to heal than Warrior. And Mark is a sweet buff.

So what classes are people enjoying the most?

I’m really enjoying protadin atm, levels really well solo so far and in dungeons people always give you a chance to show them you can tank just fine due to the natural tank shortage.

Rogue definitely. I just love being dat sneaky backstabbin bastard who kicks your crotch while you cast your ancient holy spells

I’m enjoying my retri paladin, with the exception that I’m finding it increasingly difficult to get into dungeons. Not sure if that’s my class or just me though.

I’m also enjoying my holy Priest.

we can atleast agree on that specs and classes in vanilla feel unique and have their own niche which wow have lacked for several expansions.

its nice to see people passionate about their wonky specs again! The good old days.

Protection warrior. So tanky.

Pretty much druid because of this, Dont forget the thorns buff!

depends:

when it comes to gameplay, fury and protection warriors feel like they have a way more interesting one than other classes:

fury: bloodthirst, whilrwind, heroic strike/cleave, overpower procs, execute, and harmstring spam (even as alliance) when you’re full of rage (to proc hand of justice or windfury, so you even do it as alliance, just a little less in comparison), not to mention all the cds you have to use on a constant basis

proc: equally as fun

I don’t know. When it comes to pve, apart from warriors, I really don’t see many classes being nearly as fun. Holy priest could be an interesting alternative though.

PVP: mage, ele/resto shaman, and warrior in group pvp

Favourite prey: Gnome Mages.

I’m loving my druid, but my heart can’t help but wonder what could have been if I’d rolled that warlock. In the end, the decision was so tough it came down to a coin flip :frowning:

Warrior but I am maining a priest currently. Warrior is too gear dependent and I am not keen on farming items over and over again but I kinda regret considering how nerfed armor values of mobs are in vanilla compared to pservers.

Paladin/Shaman
I love hybrids and the fact they are faction locked, it gives me feeling of uniqueness.

Warlock, I find the dot mechanic relaxing and chill, while it does remain an interesting class in PvP.

Warlock for me, been maining it since wotlk till the xpack that will not be named.
I just like the whole vibe and fantasy of warlocks and ofc the way they play, the spells just about anything about it.

I love Warlock (mained one from vanilla until WotLK) but I wanted to try something different this time around. Started out with Mage, but I got caught off-guard when I started leveling my alchemy alt, which is a Druid, now that’s all I play! Agree with you on all your points

Druid is fun, but im to old to want to bother with all that shapeshifting and all those abilities tbh - i find it stressfull and not something i can do effectively without macros. I like mages for their power and the relaxed playstyle, but i also have a weakness for priests. I can save lifes and take lifes with that one, and im always treasured in groups. For me its a tie between priest and mage.

Rogue is definitely the fun class, you can ambush people when their hp low and avoid any fight you cant win.

But if you play rogue for the sole purpose of raiding, than you are playing the wrong class.

Warlock. A lot of useful spells, a lot of variety and play-stiles, just seems more interesting than other classes. I stay away from demo though, even if its ridiculously good at this stage of the game, for I find it boring.

LMFAO. What??!!

Yeah, definitely don’t choose to be top placed dps in raids guys. Raids don’t need that kind of thing. :joy:

I’d even go as far as to say a very unpopular opinion- Feral DPS can easily top DPS if played well. At least that’s my experience.
