To this day, my all time favourite is Blackrock Depths which needs needs to stay as it is forever. It would be good if we could find out at some point, if necessary on the Dark Iron Dwarf Allied Race what’s behind the “Sealed Gate” (guarded by Bael’Gar). Tinkee Steamboil wants to know too…

Other favourites include: original Stratholme, Hellfire Ramparts, Utgarde Keep, Grim Batol, Mogu’shan Palace, Auchindoun, but then it’s downhill in “liking them” and not really done much if any dungeons on my main since Shadowlands except “if it’s necessary for completion of the quest.”

It’s a mix of aesthetic and gameplay for me.

I really liked Tazavesh, the Veiled Market.

Waycrest Manner was also a great place.

As someone who solos dungeons long after they’re current … probably original Kara. Atmosphere, different stuff to do at different bosses.
(Least favourite though you didn’t ask was possibly one of the Blackrock dungeons (I think) - can’t remember which as I’ve blanked it from my mind, but I got lost every single time)

All wave based instances can go burn in a fire, that includes both Violet Holds, Black Morass as well as the Hyjal raid even if it’s not a dungeon.
