People are mass reporting tickets and bug reports but no one is getting the items nor help. Blizzard said they had fixed the issue and that people should be recieving their items after mounting Anurelos, BUT IT DOES NOT WORK. no one is getting their items. It is super frustrating to have been looking forward to such a reward for MONTHS only to not get them due to a bug that blizzard said they fixed.
