If I one shot something relatively easy like say the ? version of Zek’vir, I haven’t suffered, however the risk of failure is a lot higher than in the open world.
I’m not even advocating for things being as hard as that, but some sense of achievement when I clear the campaign would be nice, and honestly might restore some level of interest in the open world for me.
Frustration is when something is taking too long and its way too annoying to do,for me.Or I have to go again and again.
Or I can’t do it,even though I try my best.
One example is the spider boss in DF with the ice mechanic…understand? If not I can provide more.
I like doing big numbers and killing things.
The M+ toxicity you mention will only be felt by players who actually do M+, totally optional in other words, which means there is no pressing need to remove M+.
I currently don’t like storymode because ‘only the last boss’ feels ‘insulting’, for lack of a better term. I want to experience all of it. Because it’s all part of the expansion’s story.
With solo gearing being what it is now (with delves), I’m completely fine with that.
It could maybe offer a cosmetic version of LFR tier gear - no actual stats, but the look.
But even that wouldn’t be necessary with the Catalyst being a thing now. They pretty much have all bases covered, except for ‘complete story experience’. So yes, no rewards would be fine with me.
Those nodes are fun, the massive knock back is funny, but doesn’t kill you if you remember to press something that counters it (for example bubble, or the hunter thing that jumps you back (it’s name escapes me after a hard day’s work))
Ugh, yeah. I’ll be riding my bear around that zone, regardless.
But my sub is running out in march and my initial experience with this patch will determine whether it gets renewed or not.
Speaking of a feature WoW could lose: DRIVE is my top vote for that one.
I just remember what no flying did in WOD, it seems Blizzard forgot.
I think sometimes you think I want everything to be like a mythic raid, I really don’t I just want fights against important figures to feel like I won something. If they die in 3 hits I wonder what all the fuss was about, I could of done nothing and waited for them to stub their toe somewhere.
Never claimed otherwise. But more like making normal the new “LFR”.
Pretty much this. No idea where Tah gets idea if I mention the word “danger” or “difficulty” then its automatically “sweatlord mythic” level. Even in single player games on “easy-story” mode stuff, things can still kill you if you go at them butt-naked without a care in the world.
