Feedback: Nameplates - Colour Coding

I know I will be screaming into the void, but please reconsider your stance on colour coding nameplates.

I see that you want people to know the mobs to interrupt, but when you have a sea of red nameplates this can be tricky. Also, trying to learn all the caster mobs I need to interrupt is insane. Just when I think I’ve cracked it, I’ve discovered another mob the hard way.

And having them colour coded doesn’t necessarily mean they will be kicked or players have an advantage. With all the addons in the world players still messed up.

What about accessibility?! People have made reference to being colour blind, you have dyslexia, and I’m sure a whole host of other challenges.

Your rationale does not make sense.

While the workaround provided by addons right now is a blessing, it’s still rather hard. Lots of important casters just disappear in the of “fallback” colors.

Things like the Knight in priory in nearly impossible to see the aoe silence of, and we no longer can have addons announce it, nor does the base-game do anything with trash mobs.

Do something Blizzard, this is trash

Agreed. I honestly do not know how it is a competitive advantage. It’s not like we’re in the MDI!
