Latest tuning is a real headscratcher, devs wanted to lower our spreadcleave, instead we ended up with 5.2 % ST nerf, we are now the lowest ST dps by the looks of it, and a 2-3% overall nerf. Could you not instead nerf PL to accomplish your goal and revert the volley changes?
