Feldrake Twitch drop missing - Friends who claimed it much later already got it

  1. My twitch account is connected to my bNet account
  2. I received the kite 12 days ago, so there shouldn’t be any issues with the account connection.
  3. I claimed the Feldrake mount on Twitch over 6 hours ago, but it still hasn’t appeaered in my mount tab.
  4. Friends who claimed the mount hours AFTER I had claimed mine have already received their mount, and it took them less than an hour to get it.
  5. I have checked all 3 of my accounts (EU and US, they’re all linked under the same email), and none of them have a gift waiting in the mount tab, no mail either, the mount is just missing.

Normally I wouldn’t mind a long waiting time, but it worries me that my friends got it almost instantly, despite claiming it much later than I claimed mine. We’re all on the same server, too.

EDIT#1: 2nd day of waiting, still no mount. Was told to wait 24-48 hours, but no other info from Twitch nor Blizzard customer service.

EDIT#2: 3rd day of waiting, and since I don’t trust Blizzard & Twitch to fix this issue, I went ahead and disconnected my Twitch account from both Twitch side, and from Wow account connections. Then I created a new Twitch account and linked it to my Wow account connections. It warned about a 7day cooldown, but my old account had been connected for longer than that so the new connection was instant.
I am now, ONCE AGAIN, watching for 4 hours and hopefully I get the mount this time.

EDIT#3: I completed the requirements on my new Twitch account and got the Fel Drake added to my collection instantly after claiming it. It was a bubble gum fix, but at least it worked. Unfortunately the event is now over, so a lot of people missed out on a chance to try again with a new account.

I and many others are experiencing the same issue. It has now been over 24 hours since I redeemed the drop on Twitch and the Feldrake still has not shown up ingame for me.

I triple-checked that my accounts are linked correctly and I had no issues with the Dragon Kite drop. I am starting to get concerned at this point.

I have the same issue, I have claimed Feldrake on twitch but it never appeared in game. I even sent I ticket and only got an auto response from GM.
P.S. I did get the Dragon Kite pet without any issue.

Same here I am not getting the mount reward and it has been a lot more than 24 hrs. Dragon kite was no issue. Plese help us.

The Dragon Kite could take up to 7 days too appear into your account.

Don’t panic ppl, there is just some hold-up on the system or such…

Claimed it within the first 5 hours, still waiting to receive.

Also claimed within the first 4-5 hours and still waiting to receive. Claimed my Dragon Kite without any issues though.

I am also waiting to receive the mount after I clicked claim within the first 5 hours or so. It has been well over 24 hours now. Everyone in my guild has received the mount, including a friend that did the 4 hours of streaming well after I did it. I claimed the dragon kite pet just fine, as well as Overwatch 2 drops.

Really worried that the event will end and I’ll never get the mount. :frowning:

also having the same issue. Claimed it right after 4 hours and didn’t get it until now. Kite pet was there instantly.

Please do make sure that your Twitch account is linked to your Battle.ne account, here, especially if you recently changed some account details on either side: https://account.battle.net/connections

Also make sure that you’ve claimed the reward on Twitch (and as noted by Tyrskorn, there may be a 24 hour delay): https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory

Edit: I can confirm that this issue has been escalated to our developers just now.

Same for me, over 24 hours after claimed, accounts properly connected, I got my dragon kite after like 5 hours :confused:

Same here unfortunately, claimed the mount literally the minute it was available - and still no sign of it in my collection in-game. I received the kite no problem, and according to the connection page I am still connected to the same Twitch account. Getting a bit concerned.

It seems totally random. My kite took a very long time, but the feldrake was instant. Some people’s kites took a week to appear so maybe the same will be true of the mount.

Its been 2 days now and my twitch drop is missing, i’ve tryed contacting blizzard but they auto resolve my ticket what should i do i havnt changed any details on my account or anything

Game masters would not be able to provide Twitch Drops, so a ticket wouldn’t be necessary, however as noted above, our developers are looking into both the mount and the kite issues.
