Having the same issue here, also realised my kite is still missing. Still showing as linked on my twitch account end however on my bnet account the link was gone so not sure if this is going to be the cause. Re-linked it now but I’m gonna assume too late to get it fixed
Thank you so much for keeping us updated! I really appreciate the hard work you’re all putting into Dragonflight, and I am sure everyone else does too. 
I hope it gets fixed for everyone!

Same issue here, its been 26 hours and still no drake for me

To me it is just odd that the same whatever mechanism behind the drop distribution for someone in the same region it ensures the mount immediately, for others after minutes even hours, and for others it takes days or even forever… This makes no sense from a technical perspective. If there is a backlog system or queueing system, whatever request lands these drops should have already been released. What would be helpful here is to know how this system works exactly, so that would give a sense of calm knowing that it cannot go wrong and we too get our drop eventually, or we could experiment with troubleshooting steps on our own. Like this, this system is only a blackbox for us and the fear of loosing out on this is real.

What is weird is that no one here so far has reported receiving the drake after 24+ hours. So it does not seem like a gradual distribution is taking place (like it was the case for the Dragon Kite). You either got the drake quite shortly after redemption or not at all…

I have the same issue, it’s been almost 2 days and I still haven’t received the Feldrake. It took roughly 4 hours to receive the Dragon Kite after I claimed it on twitch.
FYI after a 24+ hour wait time, the troubleshooting steps I’ve attempted were the following, without result:
- log out and in multiple times on both twitch and bnet platforms,
- clean up browser cache,
- log into WoW directly, not through bnet app.
- restart PC,
- login with/without vpn,
- login using another (own) machine,
- log in with addons disabled
- login into different character on different realm,
- remove the link between twitch and bnet (on both sides) and relink it.
This with the following conditions:
- I am not using any third-party ad blocker,
- I’ve not changed any password since linking the accounts 18 days ago,
- I did not remove the link or touch it at any extent in-between the first and second twitch drop rollout,
- I had no issue getting the kite in the first rollout,
- I did not experience the ‘world server down’ or similar problems during my first login after claiming the mount.
What I did when claim was ready:
- After approx 6h when the twitch drop went live, I claimed the feldrake mount,
- I was not logged in at the time. Once claimed, I logged in immediately,
- When I logged in, I changed realms before logging into a character,
- The character that I was logging into was in warmode I think and in orgrimmar. Needless to say there was no fel fire hot drake waiting for me.
Please be more open and explain how this twitch drop works from technical perspective, so we may be able to help and come up with better troubleshooting steps.
Yes, this is the interesting situation. This scenario makes no sense from a technical perspective. I guess we just have to wait for GMs to hand out the mount directly or something.

I am considering to create a new Twitch account, re-earning the drop, linking Bnet with new Twitch account and redeeming the drop again.
Has someone tried this?
I’m considering this but since it is going to be a different account, it will incur the 7 days cooldown upon connecting it, so not so sure if this messes things up more or not.
Since the mechanism of drop distribution is not understood, we can’t know for certain if there is no check against if the claim was already redeemed on a bnet account already or not. E.g it could be that the system checks and sees that this account already received said drop and will just deny further distribution, even tho the drop was never received… so not so sure who is faulty here either, blizz or twitch.
Just reading about how twitch drop is supposed to work on the twitch drops developer site. So far I’m getting the sense that this is actually on blizzard to get it done right and they are absolutely in the the known of whom and when got their drop and became eligible.
Got the same problem as everyone else here.
Watched the 4 hours on Tuesday 29/11, claimed the drop but never got the drake Had no problem with the kite, that appeared very fast & changed nothing since.
As a mount collector, I really hope they can resolve this … Alot of people on NA servers having the same problem aswell.
Same problem here. Been more than 40 hours since I claimed the mount on Twitch and still nothing. Got the Kite drop without any problems so everything is linked properly.
Been in contact with both Blizzard support and Twitch support without any help, they both just told me to contact the other one.
I received the kite roughly 2hrs after claiming it. I claimed the drake roughly 5hrs after the mount drop went live. I still don’t have the mount and guild members watching the same stream as me have got their mount. I raised a ticket about this since its been 2ish days since i claimed the drop with no sign of it, it was auto resolved though

In my Twitch it says Claimed but never recieved it …

I have the same problem with this drop. The Dragon Kite and Ichabod drops worked without issue, but I’m still waiting on the Drake over 24 hours after claiming on Twitch. I hope it gets fixed.
Same Problem here… claimed the drake nearly 2 days ago and it still did not show up ingame. Followed the support article, didn’t help. Relinked my bnet account with my twitch account, didn’t work …
It worked for me for the dragon kite pet tough, so i can’t believe it’s an error on my side. hope we still get the mount!
Same problem, 38+ hours from the moment I claimed the Drop, the Drop passed, but the MOUNT is still missing in my game mount inventory. I didn’t change anything on both end, I keep it like was in the previous Drop with the kit. I wrote ticket to Blizzard, nothing, ZERO emotions.
