I am atm 26hrs after claiming and I also didnt get anything yet, Lets just hope Blizzard devs can fix this soon
I have the same error as the rest of the colleagues.
I had no problem claiming the pet from the previous drop, but the mount doesn’t show up in my mount list.
I got the drop the day before yesterday and it still doesn’t show up.
I’m going on vacation next Tuesday and I’m not sure that I can claim it later.
I feel like these are straight up lost now, but hopefully not. Looks like people claiming the mount very early on into the campaign seems to be affected, while late comers living their happy life on the drake… Sus.
Either way, does anyone know if linking another twitch account which has the reward now, ready to be claimed, could be a good workaround?
Also a bit offending that instead of working 110% to have this very time-sensitive thing be addressed, they are still on releasing hot fixes that are virtually unimportant. Please get the priorities straight.

I have the item claimed in my Twitch inventory and the accounts are connected, it shouldn’t be beyond the realms of science and technology to fix that. Even if it’s manually.
I’ve been waiting for 42hrs now. Still no drake. Everything is linked (I got the kite instantly) Has blizzard made any formal comment on this ?
It was mentioned in this thread that the issue had been forwarded to the devs.
This is so incredibly frustrating. As a mount collector I was really looking forward to this. I sincerely hope our drakes are not lost in the nether.

Sorry, I must have blindly missed the comment.
I have to agree with you. The fact that this is a very unique mount, I would hate to miss out on it due to an error with the awarding system.

Same here, its been 47hours and 48 min as of writing this.
Still no Feldrake…
Everything is connected and tested, claimed ON twitch. Tried loggibg out of Bnet app and stay logged out a little too, multiple times, still nothing …
Same twotch account that i got the kite on so no problem there!
Basicly i have NOT received my Feldrake but is claimed and confirmed on twitch!

According to the experiences here, it looks like the majority tried claiming shortly after the drop was first available (so 4-6 hours after launch).
This was probably the time where the load on the system was the highest which may have led to some faulty/unsuccessful claims.
More than 48 hours now and still nothing. I’ve quadruple-checked everything and all should be fine. It’s claimed on Twitch but I received nothing in-game. It’s starting to be very stressful at this point.
All of my friends got it right away.
HERE IS THE SOLUTION (or rather workaround):
Exactly what we proposed above, I just now did it and it worked for me. Feldrake arrived insta.

To bad I removed my link and connected it again in hope that would fix it. Now been 54 hours since I claimed the mount
Reconnecting to the same twitch account does not incur the 7 days cd.

im getting the warning message if i go to unlink my twitch account even though ive had it linked for longer than 7 days. not sure if should try it
Edit: went ahead and tried it, have linked my new twitch account and am watching Naowh now, so fingers crossed!
I just tried this workaround and it did NOT work. I followed the instructions exactly and I did not receive the Feldrake.

I just got the Feldrake, the workaround did work afterall. The reason it did not work for me intially is because I did not disconnect my bnet account from my original twitch account on the twitchtv / settings / connections page before I connected the newly made twitch account for the fix.
I at the time of doing it I was logged into the game, and had to log out and back in for the mount to proc. Could you please try this and let us know what happened?
I was not in the game when I claimed the mount on twitch. After I logged into the game nothing happened. I restarted the bnet client and logged into several different characters but the mount hasn’t shown up yet.
