Hey, I have a problem with updating wow because It’s stuck on ‘‘Fetching encoding table’’. And It’s really annoying for me to not getting it to be unstuck. If anyone could help me It would be nice.
I also have tried to reinstall Battlenet and remove Battlenet cache files and running battle.net in administrator mode but nothing works.

This issue means basically that the application either has a connection issue, or is unable to read the information on your PC. If you have Total AV installed, can you try uninstalling and restarting your computer? This program is known to cause this specific problem.
If that doesn’t work, then try the steps in this article.
FIXED: Thank you so much for telling me to uninstall Total AV. It actually worked for me when i did that!

I am using TotalAV for securety reasons. You don’t need to uninstall TotalAV.
Open the setting>Dashboard>Real-time Protection and turn it off.
The update will proceed emediatly.
