Final nail in the crafting coffin

This is what i miss. It used to be adventure on it’s own.

Oh I never talked to gnomes, far too scary. I do remember trekking to the pool on a regular basis though. Painful once I realised I should have specialised in spellfire cloth on that char.

I did shadow one. But on same lock on vanilla i remember especially the tower part, talking about tower of althalaxx where i spent long times dying while hunting recipe (i think it was robes of arcana i needed for enchanted gold bloodrobe).

That rang a familiar bell. Just logged my mage and yep, got that recipe. The same char has enchanting recipes like mongoose that made a small fortune back then.

They did like towers back then. Crusader was in a tower. Old patterns kept some relevance with twinking and level restrictions too ofc.

Estimate. Approximation. The top 3 on Steam seem to vary 350K-600K.

This.

I don’t raid or do dungeons anymore due to the go go go attitude that has build up since LFG and M+.

What I will say is that a non-raid runner used to be able to get recipes for gear that were under raid level, but still good gear.

Sadly that seems to have passed.

Another thing, I got my leather working to 150, now to max my prof I need to get to 175 and maybe above. Out of that upgrade I get zero stuff I can use or pass on to alts.

Activision/Blizzard really need to have a look at professions again.

I don’t expect to craft mythic raid level gear, especially when the pattern is behind a raid.

However, what I do expect, though, is to be able to max my profession, without suddenly finding that “max” is not “Max”.
