This is getting a bit ridiculous now, been on Firemaw since launch and have endured queues in the past, but until Europe is out of lockdown and server transfers into Firemaw are stopped, this won’t get any better and we need action from Blizzard ASAP.
You shouldn’t have to plan 3-4 hours in advance when to log in to the game, you shouldn’t have to worry when you leave your computer for more than 3 minutes about getting randomly disconnected and thrown to the back of the queue. You shouldn’t have to pay extra money to transfer off this server because of the situation we are in.
Any response would be appreciated, even if we’re told Blizzard are not going to do anything, at least we know where we stand!
We are waiting for a solution since launch Blizzard. IT’S TIME TO HONOR OUR REQUEST!

Another day another 4-5+ hour queue starting, still no reply.
Dear Blizzard,
All companies are currently struggling with COVID19 situation, the difference between good and bad company is that the good ones are offering temporary solutions. You could do the same as you already have solutions implemented you just need to activate them… Layering, free migrations off high pop servers, lock migrations to and new character creations (too late for this one)…
43 minute queue already and building quick. Just another day on Firemaw and getting totally ignored by Blizzard Activision.
Just waiting on some response, they just ignore and ignore which will lead to people just dropping subs and quitting like few guilds have already done at these times. Next thing is they will delete this post due to some bullcrap and yes that has happened before.
Incredible that there has not even been a response acknowledging the problem. Total silence. No company should get away with not responding to what essentially amounts to hundreds of serious customer complaints.
Nothing thats more fun then logging in at 1430 on a sunday and then sit in queue for 3 hours and just make it in time for the raid to start!
Enough is enough. I can handle remote logging in from work at 15.00 but not everybody in my guild has that luxury. We were lucky to not have much of a queue earlier because we raid on monday / tuesday but literally every day is a 2,5-3k clownfiesta now.
Lock Firemaw. No transfers, no new characters for people who didn’t have any on Firemaw in the last 3 months. Free transfers to low-medium servers of choice.
There’s more than 2000 people in queue right now (5pm on a Tuesday). People who can’t log in from work and work until 5 literally cannot play in the evening because of the queue unless they feel like waiting 4 hours.
Paid transfer to a full server so people who are already there do paid transfer away. Pretty smart.
