Fix Firemaw already
It is not normal that you have to be looking at the queue to enter the game, it also disconnects you from the queue by the face, now… we will have to be watching the game 4-5 hours “you are in position 2xxx” so that when you are disconnected, enter quickly, haha, it seems like a joke. Blizzard once again bad service.
Anyone who wants off should make a suggestion ingame. At least people at Blizzard will know you are unhappy and be able to count the numbers.
Or you can just come to the forums and complain where no one from Blizzard will see it.

Yeah, this is totally out of control. Just make tickets and continue to make tickets until they take action and fix this the issue. Blizzard clearly dont read/respond to this thread so just send in tickets everyone, thats the only thing we can do for now.
I don’t get all the complaining to be honest? Who doesn’t love looking at a queue for 5 hours, followed by a 2 hour raid? I also love the random disconnect from queue mechanic. Starting a BWL with 30 people is more challenging than starting it with 40, and let’s be real, if those players REALLY wanted to raid, they would’ve been there looking at that queue for the entire duration, ready to relog in a second when they win the queue disconnect lottery.

I doubt that is the case, since Firemaw had queues of over 10k at launch with layering in full bloom. You could also change layers by being invited to a group by someone who was on another layer. All of this points to what Radina said, and that is that the purpose of layering was to spread resources evenly across the fixed realm population so 1500 people didn’t compete for one Black Lotus spawn.
The queues are indeed a big issue. Our raid has to log in before 16.00 in order to be able to raid at 19.00. That is absurd and completely unacceptable.
Over the years there has been much talk about entitled behavior. In this case I believe it has merit, because we pay to be able to access and play the game. These queues are directly prohibiting us from getting what we’ve already paid for. Pretty sure an argument can be made about a breach on Blizzard’s part.

What, they said that they would keep server transfers open despite the server being full and that they also knew that everyone transferring from other servers would chose Firemaw? I don’t think so.
