So, I wrote to Blizzard about the problems with the Firemaw queue.
This is the response I got:

"Hello there!

I am Game Master Cruzzidax, I hope you are well and good.

I apologize for not being here sooner we are swamped at the moment

We are not aware of any problems with Firemaw at the moment. If you are having any please report it directly to our developers using our ingame Bug Report button in your help options. Or on our forums.

If you wish, you can always start a new character on another realm. I hope this helps, that you continue to enjoy the game, and have an excellent weekend.

Well i guess im actually playing the game while ur looking at a que timer. Guess i kinda win on that front.

Not for long, if we follow your suggestion and simply transfer the queue elsewhere. Who knows, maybe you’ll be the one with 4 hour queues every day in a month. I’m sure you’d just transfer off, so I guess that’s fine.

If that becomes the case we just move to a server that doesn’t have that issue. Your trying to make it out to be a blizzard issue.

This is not a Blizzard issue we all know how servers with 10k + pop lag and que times. You should have seen this sooner. Start looking at lower pop servers if u actually want to play the game. instead of the Que time.

I was originally on shazz and migrated due to the imbalance of horde/alliance ratio and que times. Nothing stopping you from doing the same.

Bg’s are cross realm so no issue there if thats ur concern

It’s funny, because I knew you were cooking up a seriously unintelligent and misinformed garbage post, so I went ahead and prepared my reply ahead of time.
How could we possibly have foreseen that multiple realms would die and transfer to our server? This 3k+ queue popped up out of nowhere.

Blizzard allowing transfers to FULL (as in 3k+ queue servers) IS a Blizzard issue. The fact that you don’t see that makes me question whether your head is even attached to your neck.

The fact you do not realise that because people are under a quarantine. and the servers are flooded 24/7 makes you the unintelligent person in this conversation.

The solution to you problem is there open you eyes. stop crying and start paying thats ur solution

I have been suggesting ingame reporting of this for days. Does anyone listen, no, they just come here and whine.
