so i have been fishing in both hinterlands and tanaris for over 50+ skills and i have not recieved a single fish? i dont know if my character is bugged or if its fishing in general? ive relogged multiple times and restarted my client stil cant catch any fish
edit: i found out u stil get fish in schools of fish but not in the ocean! but you should stil be able to fish from the ocean
If your skill level is too low for given Zone then you will not catch a fish. What is your skill atm? Consider vanilla skill is 1 - 300 and Hinterlands was ~40 level zone you should fish there with at least 200 skill in fishing. The same goes for tanaris. Classic fishing guide would be helpful.
i am 210 i am the right level to fish in both hinterlands and tanaris i can catch fish from schools but fishing right in the ocean just gives me an empty loot window
