Its bugged for 4 days now
It is not a bug. It works as intended. There are conditions to be satisfied before you talk NPC on the gate to call Reginalt.
1- Someone needs to check throne room, Fordragon must be in normal standing state ( not in battle stance ) , he should be in front of lady and not near her.
2- Lady katrana must be in human form
3- king anduin must be there
4- Someone needs to check General in stormwind gate, he must be on his horse and guards on the gate must be not bowing.
5- Everyone in raid must close addons to accept quests, and turn in 1st part of the quest and not accept 2nd quest
6- quest after turn in must be accepted by raid leader.
7- After reginalt started to walk everyone in raid group have to be close to reginalt, if someone is behind, quest will fail.
8- When reginalt reached to castle, raid leader should talk to NPC again, not someone else
9- if you assign someone to check throne room, don’t start quest before he comes back to gate of stormwind, quest might fail auto because he is far away.
That is a lot of prerequisites just to do a sodding quest. Especially on a server like Firemaw that is swarming with Alliance.

It is how it is, you need socialize with other people, invite them in your raid group and explain them how the quest is actually working. Otherwise you will wait for a fix.

Nah you go too far there. I’ll live with the bugs thanks.
