Flight in the new expansion

So, at the risk of getting flamed, I would like to propose a community vote for locking or not flying behind the leveling campaign or lvl 90.

In the often vast expanses and obstacles of the world, flying is an essential tool for quality of life, but I do believe that it takes away a bit from the exploration experience when getting in a new zone. I do self regulate on beta for this, but I am also slightly frustrated by it.

In egotistical term, I want to discover new zones on foot, but the ability to fly create a minor frustration from impatience in that enjoyement. So I want to remove that ability from myself while leveling to not be frustrated.

But I also understand that it certainly wouldn’t please everyone so I’m proposing to put it to a vote.
