Flying

  • Pathfinder Part 2 is coming in Patch 8.2.

  • You will be able to fly in Kul Tiras and Zandalar.

  • Based on a LATAM interview, you will likely fly in Nazjatar and Mechagon as well.

  • New mounts include mechanical parrots and bees.

I have been on PvP servers during expansions with flying and we still managed to PvP.

So they are releasing 8.2 and classic together? That is one way of splitting the player base and having even less people to do stuff with.

Owwww… this would not be good. I have been just starting to plan my wow gaming after classic is out and thinking of playing classic when “retail” still has no flying and then switching to “retail” when flying patch arrives. If they start same time this will totally mess with rhytm my plan. :frowning_face:

I had the time to take the screenshot, getting to know imgur to upload these and to do so and I still wasn’t attacked… I got on my mount peacefully and went to my next worldquest exactly as peacefully

WQ’s will be quick. If you start with that you can do classic after, being a druid makes it a lot easier. No need to get out of flight form 95% of the time :grinning:

I think they are well aware it would be unwise to release two things at the same time like that. I would like to think that common sense will prevail.

Anyone else see the irony in this post! Not playing Retail because I can’t fly, so I’m going to Classic where there is no flying at all, and indeed no mounts until level 40 (unless a Pally or Lock ofc).
