Formula: Enchant 2H Weapon - Agility

Hi,

I’ve grinded the reputation for Timbermaw Hold to reach friendly.
I wanted to buy Formula: Enchant 2H Weapon - Agility. But for some reason I cant buy it, the formula does not show up in the trade window. I’m pretty sure I should be able to buy this from Meilosh within the Timbermaw Hold.

Only becomes available in a later patch

I believe it is available in phase 5.

15 agility comes is phase 3 and 25 agikity comes in phase 5
