So blizzard launcher downloaded a wow patch before 3 or 4 days for me…since then i started to experience big frame drops in places like Rustbolt base, dungeons like Mechagon Workshop, Nazjatar. Usually i get 144 fps everywhere and about 90 in the new BFA Zones. I tried to disable all addons, reduced all settings to low and still having the same issue… I have Predator Helios 300 laptop… GTX 1660TI , i7-9750H.
Any solution pls this is getting ridiculous for me.

Yep, few days ago there was a hotfix patch, since then i’m having same issues as you.
I’m playing in 1440p with locked 100fps and before the patch everything was good in mentioned places, but not anymore. Rustbolt is like a blackhole, going from steady 100 to 50-60. Its not a big deal, but Mechagon Junkyard is having same issue, fps dips there and there while doing dungeon.
This thing, about FPS drops in Rustbolt is not new, Blizzard actually fixed it few month ago (just google “WoW mechagon rustbolt fps drops”, a lot of posts). But seems like its broken again.

Hey! Checking in to confirm I have the exact same issue. 2 days ago, I downloaded a 67ish MB update for my game and Rustbolt now has huge fps drops and stutters. it’s driving me nuts. It was fine like a few days ago. I have no idea what happened.
I’ve tried everything. Reinstalling drivers. Updating Bios. Nothing came of it.
Keep in mind, it’s not all of Mechagon Island, just when I zone in Rustbolt base.
Specs: RX 590, Ryzen 7 2700x.
