We can’t, only the account holder can. If you didn’t know, that’s you.

Imagine, if you had done it (the stuff in post 3) instead of posting here it would be removed by now. But then again that means reading the thread instead of just posting.

Still looks like the poster didn’t read it, otherwise they would say, “ticket made”.

Mental note made. Btw do they just have to make a ticket or wait until it’s answered? I also see the person posting in the thread needs to be named in the ticket.

I assume just making the ticket is enough.

You have to login at the free Retail WoW (US) as instructed, no gametime necessary. If you see the dark blue WOTLK Classic background at Battle.net you’re at the wrong side.
