Free charachter transfer - Closed?

Did the free charachter transfer option just close for wow classic (Gehennas) ?
My guild were in the middle of a transfer, and then it stopped working :frowning:

Free character migration can be closed without warning for full realms. Refer to the thread at the Classic Discussion for any update about this matter if they’re going to fully close it or not.
