Solution/proposal to the PVP/faction and full server problems.
So what if all level 60’s get a free level 60 boost?
New character:
-PVP realm to either same or other PVP/PVE realm.
-PVE realm to either same or other PVE realm.
Everyone have the opportunity to a get a fresh start.
1 more chance to choose the server you want to play on.
Also, restrictions on character creation on full and/or heavily faction populated servers.

The chances for a 50 bought char for 50 euro is actually big.
If you look at it from this perspective.
Bfa and modern wow, the income comes through the shop.
Like any other game.
If the rumors are correct. And blizzard has a bad 2019.
You will see something in the shop in 2020 or quarter 2. Remember this is a shares company. And they need to raise the income.
We have seen for years blizzard hat let the fans down, due to the shares.
I’m watching shares, and this is just the Theories.
But either there will be:
Paid transfer 100% (only because of increased inc, not because it’s unbalanced on certain realms, cause then they would have done it already. They gotta wait for the perfect time money wise. And that’s a new quarter)
Boost 60% it will come, you think that blizzard care? If this can boost the shares with a few % ofc.
New made outfit/mounts from shop 75%
Remember this is thoughts from a guy, who likely are going to buy before quarter 1-2 to earn his $
If they lost income from shop in BFA. The shares will drop. Therefore they have to do this.
I’m sry. But tbh some of those things will happen, not for us. But for them.

We have waited so many years for Classic, how can people be so disgusting, even tho they have that abomination Retail WoW they created with all the whining all over the years, they still want to ruin Classic aswell and transform it into a 2nd version of Retail WoW!

But a question, how would a level 60 boost have anything to say for your game experience? Does it matter what other people do?
If they add more stuff to ruin Classic they will see those numbers that went record high drop record low really fast, so it’s up to Blizzard to keep sh*t in Retail or ruin the only version of WoW that brings in massive amount of cash for them as it is!
Classic is too valuable for us fans and for Blizzard aswell to ruin.
You missed the new expansion pre-order, they don’t need to come up with paid character transfers and paid lvl 60 boosts to manipulate their numbers. Well if all goes well ofc with the pre-order sales

1 if it was pre nerf. You wouldn’t hat that many players as u have right now. Casuals won’t survive that journey. Even now the casuals are dropping like flies.
2 nerfed version would let them play for 3 months min.

Classic only got released in the state of 1.12 for ppl to experience the ”end game content” before tbc where to be released.
But hey don’t get me wrong I love classic. But being naive like that. Come on it’s blizzard we are talking about. All their passion is long gone.
It’s money we talk about here. And blizzard ain’t building their company any longer for fans, but to be a fashioned and modern game company where you just Can drop in whenever to experience their games.

Wow was great because YOU couldn’t just jump in. You hat to have this as a hobby to participate.
It is the difficulty of the journey they had that makes people stick around once they get to 60. With a boost to max level you would have zero invested attachment to it.
Yes I agree Classic is a bit easy mode, that is the reason I hope they leave it as it is, so those who want the full nerfed casual WoW just go to Retail.
There’s no need for a 2nd Retail version, Classic is a big hit because it is Classic, and like you said Blizzard wants money, so they have to keep it as it is or people who sub now will go back to pservers!
You say they will change it even more for Casuals but there’s no reason to do that, the backbone of Classic are the old-school Vanilla fans, if we go, Casuals will have nothing in Classic to do since without us they can’t raid, they can’t even get stuff from the AH since noone farmed it out or crafted it for them, they don’t get carried in dungeons or raids, they are casuals they can’t do it by themselves so they leave aswell and subs go as low as they were before Classic.
Yeah…this is a good point (although you could do gear checks). I guess the best thing for me at least would be just to wait it out and see what happens. I am fine with a break anyways.
But it is worth taking into consideration the economic side of this. As sub numbers go down there will be a reaction from Blizzard, and who knows the consequences of that…

You can transfer your 60 from shadowlands to classic.
£1,000 price.
Visit chromie to hand in your boost voucher.
You time travel back to pre burning crusade after an apparent mix up when time walking.
Upon spawn you instantly fall out of the sky (as mounts dont exist in classic) into BRM as a level 50. You get insta ganked by a herd of opposed faction players (can be an NPC unstance if no one is around at the time)
You’re also naked as your gear didn’t exist back in classic. You have no gold as wow tokens aren’t a thing so the millions of gold you had would also have never existed.
So you’re dead, naked, broke and to top it off you have a permanent debuff that reads (time traveler) which means everyone is scared of you causing an inability to get above friendly with any faction.
I’ll bet you’d still see hundreds of timetravelers roaming around

A 60 boost, free or not, won’t help you. You’ll still get entrance-camped. Proper.
