FREE SWIFTY (again)

All they have is peoples stories. It will be word vs word in specially in that one story of that girl saying they tried to kiss her against her will. Something like this cannot be medically proved in any way anyhow.

Too bad. You cannot simply start throwing people in prison without proof they are guilty. geeze the fact i need to say this multiple times is scary. What if i accused you and you were innocent and they threw you in prison just because i said it happened?

So people who DID commit crimes just need to walk free if there is no proof besides testimonies?

Yes! I would rather a criminal walk free than convict an innocent person wouldn’t you?

So he can make more victims? No

If that happens then it helps build a case against the accused does it not?

Tifa seems to be a type of guy who thinks hes morally better than anyone and likes to share his thoughts on twitter

I dont want to be rude, but it seems they are VERY radicalized. It’s a scary thought that someone would rather send innocent people to prison just because someone says something happened.

First of all I am not a he and second I don’t use Twitter

There is already multiple people who say it happened. You just want it to happen again so there can be even more?

i said it once and i’ll say it again. YOU CANNOT SEND PEOPLE TO PRISON BASED ON ACCUSATIONS ALONE!!

I know, but i cant help myself. These people are the reason why so many innocent people are in prison. Im willing to bet if this was a woman being accused she would be saying the exact opposite as well.

Why are all the people who promote “innocent until proven guilty” reflexively and preemptively declaring him innocent without a trial? It doesn’t seem objective.

care to explain how?

I mean you can turn it around and stuff all you want, but I think you’re missing the point of extremists on both sides. The issue is not with Swifty but with Blizzard. They clearly deemed him guilty without waiting for a trial.

Propping up the accused is marketing poison. Capitalism at work.
