Does it only happen to me sometimes, when I open the brigade collection page for skins or transmogs, and it freezes for a few seconds and the screen refreshes??
This problem happens every now and then, not always.
Youâre not alone, I have the same issue, and it appears a lot of other people too:
At first I feared it was my laptop failing me, but searching revealed that other people experience this bug as well, and the solution to the problem is switching from DirectX 12 to DirectX 11 in the graphics settings.
Had graphics freezing and refreshing 90% of the time I opened transmog menu, and while I was questing in Taelloch and opening a transmog menu there, graphics freezes and refreshes started happening every 10 seconds or so.
Switching to DirectX 11 appears to have solved the issue for now, and everything appears to work as normal.
A lot of people blame the recent patches for this bug, and hopefully it will be fixed soon.
