REALLY? I was under the impressions I could grind out the missions with the other followers, but no, you can only recruit one. So another 10 day time gate? Or am I doing something wrong???

well you need 3000 xp for this quest, and you can gather 300 xp daily so yup…10 days of grind for that…YAY!

Well I dunno but I can get only 300xp per day so 3000 / 300 is 10. 10 days of time gating, not grind, just pure time gate.

no no, not GRIND. It’s time gated. Grinding would be fine with me. We did that in Legacy wow.

What do I have to do now, there’s like 20 minutes of EXACT same dailies content, which are boring as heck, and now I can’t even progress for 10 days.

Why make everything completeable in one day when you can stretch basically everything over a long period of time to ensure concurrent user spending?
Make people feel as if they need to log in every day & rake in the subscriptions.

I’m not saying I agree with it. But it’s pretty obvious why they do it.
Each patch this game takes one more step towards being no better than a mobile or EA game.

Read what the quest says. You can grind it with any followers. All that matters is you get 3000 xp combined.

It’s time gating but serves the narrative function. Also what else you have to do for the first 14 weeks of this patch?

You can grind xp with any follower but you can only pick 1 follower per day so it is still 10 days, and what else would i do instead of this boring crap? well maybe play an alt or do some stuff that is actually fun…

I have done all dailies in an hour or two, three tops, then I just move on to Final Fantasy XIV, can’t be bothered to stay and torture myself any longer in WoW where everything is time-gated like a mobile free to play… Damn… I though I payed full price for a AAA game, Oh wait I did… what a scam!

Yeah i agree, i do daily quests in Naz and Mecha and then play ARK the rest of my free time, not gonna level a single alt in WoW until i unlock flying…which will be in like 2 weeks…

What grind exactly. From what I read, I can do 3 quests a day for 10 days like a pleb. That’s not a grind, that’s a time gate.

Strange question when people complain here they cannot move onwards (and that means: do things) but they have to wait and do spoonful per day.

Problem here is this makes the game not entertaining. Time gating on game that has monthly subscription is also very unethical. Sub is running but you get content by dripples every day.

I was very positive about 8.2 but now every day i run into things that just make me sad, frustrated or plain angry. I feel i am being used, milked for money, instead of provided good quality entertainment for my money. Only reason i am not unsubbing is because i want to grind the flying so i can finally have fun and fly. But this moment it feels to me i have bought ice cream sunday that on every spoonfull i get just poop but i keep digging in because i think there might be ice cream in the bottom. Sorry for pretty depressive complaining here but going from yeay 8.2 to “oh another time gate” just really brings me down, and i feel so stupid for believing in them.

Yup i want to get flying so i need to be punished for it right? It is not like i dont want to grind, i would take few days off work and grind until my head fall off so i can enjoy my flying later but nope…i cant even if i wanted to and had time…That is some serious bullsh!t right there Blizzard.

they should just remove all quests from the game to please the amazing subscribers and make the game be only m+ / raid race to see who can go thu fastest through the content :mage::ok_man::ok_hand:t2:

Why do you need flying you don’t even play the game as evidenced by all of your gear being welfare stuff.
