4p: Chill Streak can bounce 3 additional times and each time it bounces, you have a 35% chance to gain a Rune, reduce Chill Streak cooldown by 5 sec, or reduce the cooldown of Empower Rune Weapon by 6 sec.
although they should definitely reduce or maybe even eliminate the aggro on the Frostwyrm’s Fury proc since I cba getting slapped by mobs just from popping my cooldowns
good to see that everyone likes S3 least because CS is a inherently flawed ability that tends to vanish on ST fights due to several mechanics. if you consider how much the set bonus buffs this talent makes it obvious that CS by itself is pretty bad.
hyped to get big dragon back and 2 free talent points
S3 is pretty good for raid cause it works well with breath build, definitely helps with more uptime. although I think it would’ve been better if they went all in on reducing the cd on ERW to remove the RNG aspect from it, just make it reduce the cd on ERW by 3 seconds per hit which would be around 45 seconds with 15 hits. the gaining a rune is quite useless never really running dry outside of breath in which case its not going to save your breath just extend it by a few seconds max and reducing its own cd only helps towards the ERW proc.
