I can’t really believe that I got roflstomped by a level 52 WW while I was doing world quests as a 60 level frost dk with 148 item level. I can understand that some classes could be inferior to another but this? I don’t even want to talk about aimed shots and judgments and templar verdicts. Even the snake in orgrimmar lives longer than a frost dk. Please fire the dev team that is looking after death knights or if you don’t have one then hire one!

WW monks are insane in PvP, many reasons why but against classes with no dispel Touch of karma is basically divine shield with no drawbacks WIth a damage reflect

The state of Death Knights is just sad, there isnt anyway else to put it. - DKs cant beat a single class in a 1v1, unless the enemy player plays blindfolded.

I dont pay too much attention to the forums, i was just leveling, thought it was fine. At 59 i entered a dungeon and there was as bunch of level 52’s. I was severely outdamaged by everyone else, i just didn’t understand it. We are talking several times more more damage than me. First i thought it was because they had Azerite traits, then later I found out the traits dont even work anymore. I guess the spec is just undertuned atm. I like how i pop every cooldown and Obliterate crit someone for around 4k if lucky, and thats what Templars Verdict HITS me for in a BG?

WW is probably the only spec that will completely own a frost dk …
Is frost DK really that bad mine is on 59 lvl,if it true than i need to switch

All DK specs are bad, with frost being “worst of the worst”. Weak mobility, low survivability and nonexistant damage. I really hope DK will get some buffs and fast

i partially agree, UH is good in most situations, frost PvE is mediocre to good. frost pvp squishyness is the worst it hs ever been.

Mind you, it’s not BFA frost, we actually do some damage now, problem is we die if any WWmonk/arms war/ rogue on our rears most of the time due to how insane the damage and burst meta is
There’s nothing wrong with your damage, it is scaling that breaks the damage meters.
I first noticed it while I was playing dungeons at lvl 10.
Lower levels somehow were outdpsing everyone else by a lot (as seen by higher level player’s damage meter).
When you are level 60, all the mobs in the dungeon scale with you, same for lvl 52 guy.
Once I queued normal dung to farm memory, was 179 ilvl and got outdpsed by lvl 52.
Edit. I think there might be an issue with scaling in PvP also. It’s not first time I hear someone got obliterated by low lvl, but I might be wrong.

Play unholy, i was so disgusted by frost and down that i switched to UH after 3 days of trying. And voila, ragefest destroying m+, pvp all the same. Can 1v3 anywhere from 45s to 2mins in UH depending on what CDs are available, Frost die in 5 secs XD
Unholy is way worse off then Frost atm. great in PVE… Absolute terrible in PVP, every single rank 1 will say the exact same.
The level 52 likely had WAY more effective stats than your 148 ilvl DK at 60. The game seems to be balanced around ilvl 80 at level 50, so people running around in ilvl 120+ at early Shadowlands levels are going to deal obscene damage, which will drop off as level increases and stat ratings scale.
