Can someone explain to me how Russians are exploiting the game by having 10 ppl from the same server and guild in random bg’s? This used to be a thing back in retail cata and 15 years later, Blizzard still fails.
Why are Russians on EU servers anyway? They literally are so toxic, don’t speak a world of English and exploit the game.
Blizzard really fails bigtime here. I did 3 bg’s today, one in the morning, 1 at midday and 1 in the afternoon. 2 times it was a russian 10 man premade.
GG Blizzard, we’re heading off to the shi**y expansions after Cata and The War Within looks horrible. Fix the game please, we pay monthly for this.
And no, I am not racists, but they should not be able to play on EU servers. I also play vs a lot of russians in Hearthstone too. I have add some of them, and when I tell them : So you are against Occident but why are you playing their games? They lol, hahaha, etc.
They should NEVER be able to play on EU servers. They should be banned. I have this views since back in the days when I was playing HoTS. They are VERY toxic, not friendly, etc.
So even more now, because of the war, they should be country banned. Don’t tell me they are all against the war LOL. I am sure the majority supports putin, yet they play Occident games and use their goods.
They have their own servers anyway. So let them play there.
It’s not an exploit, it’s how matchmaking works - it only does place ppl from russian servers with russian players, it doesn’t mix eu and ru players in the same group. And since there are basically 1 alive russian server for each faction it looks like premade, while in reality it’s just a random matchmaking for them as well.
Yes. However, it does seem that they make premades fairly often, just based on the coordination they often have. Premades can be made by queueing as 2 or 3 groups of 5 people each and only joining the BG if all groups get the queue pop at the same time. If not, leave queue and requeue.
A lot of french, spanish, german etc. players aren’t speaking english either.
Your post looks like “They are too strong, they shouldn’t be against us because I have a poor winrate against them”, which is kinda lame.

Saying that Russians shouldn’t be able to play because of the Russia-Ukraine war is absurd and using that fallacious argument just shows that you don’t have any real argument to support your view.
It’s unfair to stigmatize all Russian players because of their government’s actions, instead of looking for scapegoats, you should focus on how to improve and enjoy the game.
All you do is stigmatizing and generalizing. You assume that ALL Russian players are toxic and unfriendly, that ALL Russian players support the war (and even if it was the case, such thing have no place on a video game), and even that all players who disagree with you love Russia.

Moreover, It’s not suprise that Russian players are unfriendly towards you given what you think of them, and given that even when you add them as friends on Hearthstone, you’re not even trying to become friends, you directly engage them with geopolitical discussions…

Listen! EU is banning ALL russians to travel to EU. ALL! No questions asked, the ones who support or not the war. All included because frankly, you can’t know who is who and which is which. But they banned ALL russians to travel to EU with some exceptions like humanitarian reasons, family reunited, etc.
I want THE same thing here. Because I am 110% that I played vs russians who supports the war and I don’t want that. Every time I play vs a russian I keep asking if he is playing a western game and using western goods but actually shout and prays the war? Or is it a guy who feels ashamed of what putin is doing?
I will not know. So the only solid way is to do what EU is doing. Ban them all from using western goods , services, etc until … well … they rise up and go on a different road or…remain like what russia has been almost since the beginning : A country which mostly bring wars and destruction.

This is another false from you. Simple googling shows that it’s still possible to get a visa to some EU countries, not talking about people with residence permits. Some countries like Estonia (or any other country with a huge post-totalitarian complex) doesn’t issue them , some like Italy do. But what is the most important, Blizzard is an American company and as long as the US government doesn’t introduce explicit sanctions on selling games to Russia, there’s no point to share your dreams here as long as the topic is unrelated to the game itself. It’s better to learn to pvp to overcome those Russian premades on the battleground!
How am I wrong?! You can’t get a visa in most EU countries and in others you can but very strictly. So no. This is not false. When I say ALL, I mostly mean pro war or not.

Blizzard games in EU are managed under Blizzard Entertainment S.A.S ( France ) and THEY need to obey to EU laws. It doesn’t matter if they are an American company or not.
What I am saying is that online must also obey to offline rules.
Also, russian citizen are almost impossible this days to get a visa in US too.

Insufferable. These losers don’t know how to play unless they are exploiting the full premade with Discord vs a team of PUGs. They shouldn’t be matched with EU players anymore. Aren’t they blacklisted and banned from everything else?
