But even as far back as WotLK he was an insufferable racist who couldn’t tolerate the Alliance’s existence (just look how he behaved at the Argent tournament). War was inevitable with him as Warchief, really. Thrall was just stupid.
Garrosh always was an insufferable prick with anger issues. He hated the Alliance out of the blue for pretty much no reason. Even Thrall would have had a better reasoning if he would have tried. But nope, thanks to that buffoon Hellscream, even Varian looked nice in comparison. I don’t know what stuff Blizzard snorts to think he would make a good leader for the Orcs/Horde.
